3. Tax-Exempt Status (Charitability)

The Tax Office for Corporations I, Berlin (Finanzamt für Körperschaften I) has recognized our non-profit status (Gemeinnützigkeit) according to §§ 51, 59, 60, and 61 AO.

  • Donation Receipts: We are authorized to issue tax-deductible donation receipts (Zuwendungsbestätigungen) according to German law.
